Nothing leaves your Mac.
Brisa opens no network connections: no accounts, no analytics, no version check. Everything is computed inside your Mac. Nothing leaves it unless you turn on “Help improve Brisa”.
Brisa looks inside folders that are yours. This is everything it does with what it finds.
Brisa opens no network connections: no accounts, no analytics, no version check. Everything is computed inside your Mac. Nothing leaves it unless you turn on “Help improve Brisa”.
It all lives in one folder, “~/Library/Application Support/Brisa/”: what was removed with its date, the cleanup history, your exclusions, and a sample of the Mac’s state.
The history and Brisa Trash are cleared from inside the app, with a warning. To start over, the “--reset” command removes the automatic maintenance and every local file at once.
Brisa asks for nothing when it opens. Without Full Disk Access it measures everything except the protected folders; with it, it measures those too. And you can withdraw it whenever you want.

This site is a folder of static files: no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party requests beyond the Ko-fi button, which loads its script and its typeface from Ko-fi’s server. Everything else is served from here.
The screenshots come from Brisa’s real interface running on sample data: they are not anyone’s Mac. The application names shown belong to their owners.
Brisa is a beta handed out for testing: it comes as is, with no warranty of any kind, and it is ad-hoc signed. Do not use it as your only backup.

This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies: it collects nothing of yours. Your browser stores only the theme you pick. The provider hosting these files keeps the usual server logs—IP address, date and page requested—solely to keep the site running.
Server logs last as long as the hosting provider’s policy says; it acts as data processor. Nothing is passed to third parties, there is no advertising, and no data leaves the European Economic Area. The only connection to a third party is opened by the Ko-fi button, which serves its own pieces from its server.
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you think your request was not handled properly. Write to we.beyond.studio@gmail.com.
